“This is an industry that brings billions to the UK economy. Imagine the flow of goods to and from London if the 5% import VAT were lifted, if the threshold for export licences from the UK were raised above £41,670 for anywhere outside the European Union, if the Artist’s Resale Right could be removed, and if the paperwork for export documents were simplified.”
