Thieves entered the property of family-owned camera specialist Ffordes Photographic on September 26 and stole around £166,000 worth of cameras and equipment.
Ffordes Photographic’s Alister Bowie said: “We want to help protect customers and auction houses so we are issuing a warning that the numbers of the stolen cameras are now registered with Leica in Germany as stolen. This means it would be a criminal offence for anyone to buy or sell these stolen items.”
A list of the stolen items is available on the Ffordes Photographic website.
