Selling exhibition and auctions will be paired with one-off discussions, talks and experiences in a bid to attract new audiences into the pre-contemporary art market. Details of the Salons have yet to be finalised, but they are expected to build on LAW’s existing programme of workshops and talks.
LAW runs from November 29-December 7 with a late-night opening on December 2.
The selling exhibitions that have so far been announced include British Art at Bagshawe Fine Art, which features the work of Scottish painter Robert Burns (1869-1941), and The Influencing Image: A Century of Commercial Illustration at Stephen Ongpin Fine Art.
Confirmed participants also include Robilant + Voena, Forge & Lynch, Guy Peppiatt Fine Art and Callisto Fine Arts.
