The Chelsea auction house is owned by Roger Ross who is now semi-retired and run by senior auctioneer Nick Carter.
The evening included music from a local school and speeches from Ross and Carter.
Carter said: “Every single week we produce a sale - sell it on Sunday and we are back up and on view by the Wednesday. We all pull together and are a great team.”
Ross added: ”Lots Road is all about the staff. People come in and there is a relationship between them and the staff.”
