Among the stock at the Design Gallery’s sale is a newly restored c.1905 Arts & Crafts extending dining suite with two carvers, one shown, and four chairs at £2900 and a pair of Art Deco chrome dome table lamps (one shown left in front of wall), at £2450 the pair.
The gallery is in Westerham but the warehouse is nearby at Easistore in Enterprise Way, Edenbridge.
Prices range from £50 each for a range of Arts & Crafts Movement and Gothic Revival chairs up to an Art Deco wraparound Cloud suite in walnut veneers, attributed to the Epstein brothers, at £15,000 (when it is fully restored and reupholstered).
Arts & Crafts and Art Deco dining suites and sideboards by Liberty and Shapland and Petter will feature, plus the clear-out of the gallery’s basement will include Art Nouveau enamel signs, pewter metalware and Art Deco lighting.
