The event, at York Racecourse on Saturday and Sunday, June 10-11, is organised by Rose Antique Fairs. And as standholder numbers are increasing, the event is expanding over a second floor, says co-organiser Morgan Denyer.

“Last year we had 56 dealers and this year it looks as if there will be 62 dealers exhibiting and the only way we could accommodate the increase was by moving up onto the first floor mezzanine. We have 11 new dealers including Paul Buckley with early English glass and Bethany Horton of English Porcelain Online with 18th century porcelain,” he says

Among the returning dealers are Solo Antiques with Arts Deco and Nouveau pieces, Garth Vincent with antique arms and armour and Andrew Muir, one of the leading dealers in Clarice Cliff in the UK.

Returning furniture dealers include Mark Seabrook Antiques and Lancaster House Antiques, while TV personality David Hakeney will be offering his specialisms of jewellery, silver and watches.
