The Art Deco house in south-east London is attached to the remains of the medieval palace.
In its Great Hall with its stained glass windows, and in an outside marquee, 25 well-known Deco dealers will be standing at the next biannual Art Deco Fair on Saturday and Sunday, May 13-14.
This event is organised by the palace’s custodian, English Heritage.
The line-up of dealers includes Gillian Horsup of Grays Antique Centre in London with jewellery, and Stephen Hazell-Smith who is bringing Swedish glass.
The graceful lines of Deco furniture will be for sale from a number of dealers, including Jane Mason of Shine On Design, Arthur Pattison of Circa 1900 and Chrissie and John Masters of the Design Gallery. Dave Hornik Unger will offer the perennially desirable Deco lighting.
