One is a coffee table with a palette-shaped top in light blue that was made to order in 1945 by the cabinetmaker Niels Vodder, with whom Juhl had a long collaboration.

The table features an inset hot plate and a glass-lidded container with a tambour top and is estimated at DKr200,000-400,000.

The other is an early example of Juhl’s distinctive wooden armchairs, his FJ44 chair in Cuban mahogany and leather, also made by Vodder in 1944-45. It has an estimate of DKr300,000-500,000. Both pieces will also be on show in a preview to be held in Paris at the HÔtel Drouot this week on September 21- 22.
