The collectors’ fair alongside this event runs on the second day, Sunday, October 21, at the Holiday Inn, Heathrow. This striking display of eye-catching perfume bottles from Knight, above, is an example of what could be for sale. The group of small 19th century Venetian glass bottles top right are around £70-80 each and there are also examples by English maker Sampson Mordan.

Turner will be selling some of her delightful novelty Victorian and early 1900s bottles at prices from £80-800, which include porcelain or glass bottles shaped like fruits, such as a pumpkin at £190.
