Windsor House Antiques offers a 30% reduction on all its website items during the summer season, including this fine-quality Chippendale-period mahogany partner’s desk, 4ft 7in (1.4m) wide, in three sections.
Made c.1770, it features original swan-neck handles and old, though replaced, leather to the top. It is one of a number of pieces from this period available from the website.
The price (before 30% reduction) is £26,000.
The dealership is over 60 years old and was established by D Kevin Smith in Leeds. It has been at Barnwell Manor in Northamptonshire for the past 19 years and offers ‘thousands’ of decorative antiques from a variety of periods.
