She is a jewellery and watch specialist with over 20 years’ auction house and industry experience, is a qualified diamond grader and a Fellow of the Gemmological Association of Great Britain. She is also a Member of RICS and served on the Arts and Antiques Faculty Board from 2003-11.

Before joining Bellmans, Dunn-Davies was director of valuations for Borro, an art finance company.

She was also a senior specialist at Bonhams, in its London and European valuations department, specialising in jewellery, and held positions at Christie’s and Phillips before that.

Philip Belcher, senior executive director at Bellmans, said: “We look forward to welcoming new and current clients to our London office, which will be open by appointment for valuations and consignments.”

Bellmans of Wisborough Green, West Sussex, opened a second saleroom in Winchester, Hampshire, in 2016.

Belcher, who had joined Bellmans in May that year, was promoted to senior executive director last year after managing director Jonathan Pratt left to join Dreweatts.
