A trademark flower painting by East Anglian painter and horticulturist Cedric Morris (1889-1982) is the star of a two-day sale at Henry Adams of Chichester in West Sussex, on January 16-17.
Flowers and Butterflies, a signed and dated 23 x 21in (59 x 54cm) oil on canvas, was inherited by the West Sussex-based private vendor from her mother in the early 1990s.
Estimate £40,000-60,000.
