Together they provide an annual focal point for the dealing and collecting community and the gravitational pull that is necessary to bring new faces to the capital. They complement the regular markets that are always a joy to visit as are the capital’s antiques centres and dealers’ shops and galleries.
This year’s London Summer Capital of Art – the tenth annual edition published by ATG – approaches the season with the theme of great objects to view and buy. Throughout the publication are images of great works across many price-bands that you can go and see and purchase.
We had intended to showcase precisely 100 wonderful objects handpicked by our expert editorial team but, with so many exciting items on offer this summer, we ended up featuring 115.
