In its riverside location by the Thames in Oxfordshire, the event is set for the May bank holiday weekend (Thursday to Monday, May 27-31) with a black tie trade ball on the 28th “to embrace the camaraderie and support of the trade,” said Wallis.
He added: “We had a wonderful fair in September with more than 4000 visitors and 108 standholders, 99% of whom have signed up for the May fair.”
Six months before the fair, 60 dealers have already signed up with a good mix of the decorative and architectural. A snapshot here includes: Architectural Salvage Source in Hertfordshire, Montpellier Antiques of Harrogate, Great British Revivals in Oxfordshire and Rutland Garden Classics.
