The auction house which was founded by ex-Chiswick specialist Samuel Hill in 2017 has moved into the new premises in Talbot Road, Notting Hill, west London, after a delay due to the Covid-19 alert.
It can now host viewings, take in consignments and conduct valuations. Clients may book appointments, to ensure only one is in the office at any one time to meet government coronavirus guidance.
During the lockdown Hill and colleagues held auctions from their homes using video conference calling and sold £1.72m across 10 sales during the period.

Hill added: “We held sales from our kitchen table with all staff working remotely and were super pleased with these results.”
Now the office can finally open (they had been due to move in March), the full team of 11 has space over two floors.
Joining Elmwood’s are former Sotheby’s specialist Janine Furness and Daisy Raichura, who previously worked for a law firm.
The auction house had not held sales with bidders in the room previously and will now continue to hold live auctions with internet, phone and commission bids only.
Hill said: “We hope to get back to as normal as possible. With this venue we want to use the space to hold talks, host events such as jewellery handling sessions and host parties.
“We also want to make it as accessible as possible to attract people that might not normally come to an auction and to encourage them to learn about jewellery.”
