Photos of the triptych that Keith Piggott is seeking information on (with mock-up below of what it probably looked like originally).
It was stored in packaging for 25 years and the trade vendor said it was salvaged from a London church.
The triptych measures about 7ft 6in x 5ft (2.29 x 1.52m).
