Both fairs are in cattle markets with the pen doors removed – giving an ideal and imaginative three-sided unit for the markets.
Two dates for this year are confirmed for The Yorkshire Flea at Thirsk Auction Mart on Sunday, October 16, and at Skipton Auction Mart on Sunday, October 24, with around 50 dealers at each.
Wray said at the launch of the Skipton Auction Mart four years ago that they were encouraged to launch these markets after seeing how successful the large fleamarkets are, including B2B’s event at the Malvern Showground.
