A previous staging of the Summer Olympia fair. This year it runs on the ground level of the Olympia Grand hall from June 23-26 with a preview day on June 22.
Stand costs for the June 22-26 fair will start at £365 per square metre plus VAT, a reduction on 2019 pricing. Organiser Clarion Events said the drop is possible thanks to the fair’s shorter five-day run.
It is one of several changes the London fair announced for its 49th edition.
Running on the ground level of Olympia Grand hall, rather than Olympia National where it has previously taken place, it has space for 120 exhibitors.
Fair director Mary Claire Boyd said: “While there has been huge support to date, we will need firm commitment from dealers in order to be able to deliver our plan. With organising costs continuing to rise, it is still a challenging environment.”
Another Clarion event, the Spirit of Summer fair coincides with the antiques event to encourage new buyers to each. The fair has also signed a new partnership deal with newspapers The Times and The Sunday Times which will help promote the fair.
