I flagged the report to our manager at HSBC and I received nothing but a positive reply.
I was assured of continued support to all of our regulated client accounts and a welcoming hand was offered for any other regulated auctioneers that I knew to be struggling and who may want their help in obtaining accounts to meet compliance.
