A 19th century circular mantel clock sold at Stamford Auction Rooms for £500.
The clock was from the horological collection of Malcolm Evans whose items featured in the auction held on August 27. The clock has a twin fusee movement and single chime, with a slate and gilt bronze case modelled as a classical rotunda.
