School House Antiques of Broxbourne, Hertfordshire, offers this French Art Deco cubist clock with its original garnitures for £2650.
The c.1925 clock is attributed to the sculptor Georges Lavroff (1895-1991). Born in Siberia, Lavroff moved to France in 1927 where he created numerous bronze statues.
Many featured animals, and this clock is no exception. It shows two cats on either side of the clock face staring up at a pair of birds.
