They have been doing well ever since and the next takes place on Saturday and Sunday, September 9-10, at the Rufus Centre in Flitwick, Bedfordshire.
Ray Wood said: “The fair remains one of the few quality table fairs in the country and in taking over we make sure that any new dealer meets our criteria.”
Among the exhibitors, which include silver dealer Daniel Cotton and Cambridge Fine Arts, is Rodney Weeks who ran the fair for many years at various venues across south Bedfordshire before relocating it to the Rufus Centre in 2018 and then retiring in 2020.
