A popular choice from the selection of salvaged items at the Loseley Park event was vintage advertisement memorabilia. Simon and Joanne, regulars at this fair, purchased a vintage Stead & Simpson plaque for a ticket price of £280.
Vintage and antique garden items were in demand and, overheard from a group of dealers, “terracotta pots have been flying off the shelves ahead of the warm summer months”.
Flowers and plants were on offer, along with all the accessories needed to have a perfectly planted space.

Another lucky attendee purchased a pair of stone coy fish statues, bought for £250, to accompany the real fish in his garden pond.
Isobel from IsseaPinkBexhill told ATG that “the majority of her selling stock was garden items” although she was prepared for a change in requests and added: “We knew if it turned cloudy today that people would begin focusing on other pieces.”
She said that the event is “one of the best fairs to set up at as there is a great amount of space and it’s very peaceful”.
The next Loseley Park fair will take place on July 14-16.
