Founder Nick Davies, has passed his majority shareholding to business partner Will Farmer and the management team, Judith Woolgar and Rachel Holland, who will take control of the business.
The firm was founded by Davies and Farmer in 2001.
Davies said: “After 21 wonderful years, I have decided the time is right to step back from the business. The management team has been an integral part of Fieldings for many years, and I am confident that they are the right team to take the business forward.
“I am very proud of what we have accomplished together and look forward to seeing Fieldings continue to grow and thrive.”
Davies will continue on a consultancy basis.
