Expansion is planned. A new hall will be constructed on the tarmac between the Wye and Avon halls.
Yourston said: “Building work is about to start and is likely to finish within the first quarter of 2024, weather permitting.
“We’re very excited with the prospect of a new building to use although it does mean some disruption for some of our exhibitors during construction, but we will keep everyone posted.”
The Wye and Avon halls together take a capacity 290 stands at the fleas so the extra take-up space will be much welcomed by the often over-subscribed demand for indoor stalls.
The next Malvern Flea Fair is on Sunday, October 15.
