But there is maybe a downside. “We might not manage 2025 as the estate is up for sale at £19m. But maybe the new lords of the manor might entertain us as it is always a popular venue.”

Button added: “Our bookings for Fakenham Racecourse are ongoing and I’m expecting around 60 - everyone seems to be leaving it to the last minute to book including newcomers.”
Called the Dark Horse Brocante, this debut event at the racecourse which is near Norwich will run on Sunday, June 9.
