Drew Pritchard is expanding his showroom in Conwy.

This is the first in two stages of works, the second part of which takes place next year. In total, the site will be enlarged by about 50%. Although the listed façade remains as it is, the gallery will make use of the large space in the roof and works are also being carried out at the back of the building.

Pritchard told ATG that construction will make use of reclaimed materials.

“It’s a great spot,” he added. “We get a lot of trade because we’re right next to the A55. It’s the main trunk town and a big tourist town, and because it’s a World Heritage Site it’s not just seasonal.”
