The Art Business Conference takes place on September 6.
Pierre Valentin of Constantine Cannon, Craig Davies of Rawlinson & Hunter, Wendy Philips of Sotheby's and Anders Petterson of ArtTactic will take part in a panel discussion concerning how the UK market can remain competitive after Brexit. It will take into account issues including custom controls and the export of cultural property, as well as taxation and consumer protection.
The event takes place on September 6 at the Church House Conference Centre in Westminster. It is chaired by Georgina Adam of the Financial Times and the Art Newspaper.
Other sessions include the art market in India, new business models for UK private museums and foundations and a session giving practical advice about the costs of packing and conserving artworks.
