The Hunters will be offering some of these charming Zanfirico glass birds, pictured above, at £215 each.
Zanfirico is a technique dating to the 16th century invented by glassmakers in Murano where fine filigree coloured glass rods, known as canes, are twisted and stretched to form lattice patterns.
Master glassmaker Mike is highly skilled in the complexities of both Venetian and French canemaking techniques.
His work is on display in the Nazeing Glass Museum at Broxbourne on the Hertfordshire/ Essex border and the Bergstrom-Mahler Museum of Glass in Wisconsin.
Sculptor Jilly Cunningham was so undazzled by the range of light switches on offer that she has switched to home decoration and made her own using Murano and Tiffany stained glass. Her first collection of these shimmering switches will be for sale from £95 each at the National Glass Fair, where she is also a new exhibitor.
