Masterpiece
Masterpiece London was a high-end art and antiques fair which took place annually during the summer in the grounds of the Royal Hospital Chelsea.
Launched in 2010 by a group of London dealers (Mallett, Ronald Phillips, Apter-Fredericks and Asprey) along with stand-builder Harry Van der Hoorn, it ran until 2022. After the announcement that the 2023 edition would be cancelled, it was succeeded by a new fair at the same venue titled The Treasure House Fair.
High visitor numbers and horse sense at Masterpiece
30 June 2014Masterpiece London opened last week at The Royal Hospital Chelsea to a buzzing crowd of 7000 on preview day. Now in its fifth edition and a much-anticipated event in the London summer season, this was the highest visitor number to date.
