Sandown Park Racecourse Fair

Edward Cruttenden of Sunbury Antiques is looking forward to November 20 and the last monthly antiques and interiors fair of the year he runs at Sandown Park Racecourse, near Esher.

Sunbury Antiques Market, better known simply as Kempton due to its Surrey racecourse location, last week became the first open-air fair to return after the most recent lockdown.

Sunbury Antiques Market is coming back with force next month, reopening with three, rather than the usual two, monthly events at Kempton Park Racecourse.

“It seemed that the world and his wife and most of Surrey came out for our inaugural Sunday Sandown fair, the complimentary Pimms flowed and the afternoon jazz set from Sabina Desir and Nick Adams, who trades at both our Tuesday markets and is nifty on the ivories as well, set the tone perfectly.”

Edward Cruttenden of Sunbury Antiques is launching a biannual Sunday antiques market at Sandown Park Racecourse to run alongside the bi-monthly Tuesday market he has held there since a year ago.

Events to be held in tandem as IACF drops Surrey venue to focus elsewhere.
