London Art Week

Sculpture specialist Tomasso Brothers is set to open a new London gallery this summer.

The fourth edition of London Art Week which ended last Friday achieved some notable sales, with prices ranging from £1000 to over £1m.

Antiques Trade Gazette’s London Summer Capital of Art 2016 supplement, published this week along with the weekly newspaper, has received the support of culture minister Ed Vaizey.

A major new summer event aimed at attracting members of the public through the doors of Mayfair and St James’s galleries will launch on July 5 and 6.

For the first time this year, ‘Master Paintings Week’ and ‘Master Drawings London’ will combine together under the new umbrella title of ‘London Art Week’ from June 28 to July 5.
