Olympia Fair
The London Olympia exhibition venue in Kensington was designed by Henry Edward Coe and first opened its doors in December 1886. It has hosted an annual summer art and antiques fair since 1972 which has been a fixture in the London art and antiques calendar ever since.
The event is currently run by Clarion Events who also organise the annual Winter Art & Antiques Fair at Olympia.

15 March 2005SPRING Olympia, held from March 1 to 6 at the West London exhibition centre, changed its name this year to Fine Art, Design & Antiques and, although around half of the 170 or so exhibitors had traditional antiques, the 20th century design and contemporary look dominated.

28 May 2004JUNE in London means the big fairs, an increasing number of dealers’ selling shows and, this year, such trade initiatives as Art Fortnight and London Sculpture Week. It is the month when all eyes are turned on the capital’s art and antiques trade and dealers, collectors and museum curators fly in from all over the world.

Olympic links make common sense at the exotic Hali
28 May 2004AT its seventh staging, the popular Hali fair at Olympia is undergoing some major changes, not the least of which is a name change. The event is now titled The Hali Fair: Carpets, Textiles and Tribal Art. Balancing past glory and present trends... Spring Olympia’s future
26 February 2004ALTHOUGH it is now in its 11th year, the Spring Fine Art and Antiques Fair, which will be held at Olympia in West London from March 2 to 7, is the most recent of the three annual Olympias. To many eyes it is the most stylish and best looking of the three – to others it is the most problematical. It is certainly different.
2004 sun rises on Olympia
18 February 2004THE first of this year’s three Olympia Fine Art and Antiques Fairs is upon us when, from March 2 to 7 some 180 dealers mount a varied and colourful display at the West London exhibition halls.
