Harper Field

Gloucestershire-based auction house Harper Field was launched in 2004. Originally known as Stroud Auctions, it was established under the leadership of James Taylor, the son of a long-standing antiques dealer, and was the first permanent auction house in the town.

In 2010 the company was sold to Nick and Lyn Bowkett, who later rebranded the firm as Harper Field Auctioneers & Valuers at the same time as moving to a new purpose-built saleroom in nearby Stonehouse in 2023.
